The hard-working Hanover Barons have ended their training camp and broke away from the Normanby Arena. The players, coaches, and management staff would like to thank all the West Grey town employees for their hospitality. Training Camp included many different faces; some new, some old, but most importantly, those who were disappointed with last year’s season ending (an 8-0 trouncing by the Mitchell Hawks) and hungry for becoming the 2022-2023 Pollock Division Champions. Being crowned champions would finally end the 20-year drought in Hanover. Pete “The King” Irwin has his group more focused than ever. Joining him back on the bench this season will be Brady Anderson, Thomas Haffner, and Will Schwippl. Hanover is also welcoming hometown junior hockey player Brenden Clayton to the coaching staff.
